Panera Bread - Concord

I must say, this Panera always gets the orders right and promptly has them ready, despite being short staffed. Other Panera’s we have had issues with the Madagascar vanilla latte being super milked down and almost white, when it shouldn’t be. Grateful they take so much care! Not a five star due to the bathroom needs some work on being cleaned sadly.

Fabulous! What an awesome way to start our day! Great service, awesome oatmeal, and coffee! I love all the options for vegetarians. How boutique this is part of their mission statement... 'Most of all food should taste great and be made the way you like it, with this or without that. ' My kinda place!

We had an issue with paying for our order because their Debit system was down and the manager quickly came in and took care of our order because of the inconvenience. This place cares about their customers and we will definitely continue coming here. Thanks so much you guys!

Awesome manager people work really hard here they don't mess around really like going here to pick up food

Nice looking store, clean, nice design, very comfortable. Very slow on my order though. 25 min for a cup of soup, and half sandwich
