Bidra med feedbackI was in the Drive-Thru and there's only one person in front of me. I ordered two coladas and a coffee I have no idea what the person in front of me ordered but either way I was in line for 20 minutes and then it took them another 10 just to make mycoffees. I don't know if they're understaffed I understand most places are but either way I should have been offered a freecoffee or donut or something for having to wait so long. We ended up late for my daughter's appointment because I assume thatsince there was one car ahead of me I'd only be in line a Maximum of 10 minutes
Cashier gave me the VIP treatment he had a voice like a radio announcer. Bought myself a new Dunkin' Tumbler along with the usual goodies The crew worked well together and were cheerful, commenting on how good the food smelled as it was cooking uplol

Says they open at 4AM so I placed a mobile order at 6AM. I get there and none of the lights are on and the employees are messing around inside. If you're too lazy to open when you're supposed to at least turn off to the mobile orders I would have gone to a Dunkin' that wanted my money.
Like most establishments these days, understaffed and overpriced. On my recent and last visit I waited 31 minutes in drive through with 6 cars in queue.Seems like the new normal with Dunkin? Just my opinion.
