The best donut place in the city the place is clean and the people who attended me were very kind I highly recommend it 5 stars

Extremely slow drive through. Waited 25 min for a sausage egg and cheese. 3 different people came up to me at the window and told me the wrong order. Do not come here if you are in a rush, extremely disorganized location.

This Dunkin' Donuts in Cabarrus County is the best by far! The customer service and attention to detail at this location are commendable and highly appreciated. Unlike the stale donuts I received from the Concord location on 29 (which were terrible), this place took care of me right away.

They made my latte exactly how I like it. Fantastic job. Thank you, and I will definitely return.

Amazing prices that are still affordable even when you don't have much money and are craving some delicious coffee. I especially enjoy the vanilla iced coffee here - it's the perfect pick-me-up at any time of day. The woman at the drive-thru was very friendly and provided excellent customer service.
