Hank Daddy's Barbecue - Concord

Very knowledgeable and lots of gf options AND a dedicated fryer!

They have a number of items marked gluten free on the menu and are aware of cross contamination. The French fries have their own fryer. And most of the bbq items like wings, ribs, etc were all gluten free too. Lots of choices. They did not have gluten free buns so don’t get a sandwich but otherwise there was generally quite a lot of choice. Also it is a small family run business which is always nice to support.

The food, drinks and service were excellent here. My husband is celiac. We notified the restaurant ahead of time and when we arrived they told us the kitchen staff had all been notified to take every precaution. The waiter took his time going through the menu with us answering all of our questions. So many celiac safe options which is so hard to find. This place is a gem! We had the beef brisket, wings, fries, baked beans and coleslaw. Everything was delicious. We will be going back for sure.
