Sliced On Elm - Commerce

We celebrated the boys' birthday today. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Tonight they were exceptionally good. The food was excellent and service excellent. For a piece stopped for lunch, they have specialties, but a piece of extra cheese and sausage was perfect!

A former tribe of this institution, what my family has done and I decide never to return, was the strange choice on the host part to serve burnt mozzarella sticks. They were unusable, and when we approached the staff with concern, we were hit with an eye roll and were told a fresh batch. I could forgive myself if it doesn't happen every time I eat in this restaurant. Jefferson's Pizza Kitchen is a much better option for any customer with a sense of self-respect. Even a frozen pizza from the ingles on the street would be better fair than what this ensemble of employees try as pizza. Please do the favor and don't eat here.

I ordered 3 Calzones last night, they were delicious! I was really impressed. I've never eaten at Sliced and to be honest, I wasn't sure what I'm expecting from a family-friend pizza community, but hate to cook. I would also like to say that the young woman who works last night was also very friendly, hard working and sweet. Give everyone an increase, especially hers. The ingredients were very good and fresh. I would recommend 100% to fall in and try out the place. They have games and billiard tables, but it is very family-friendly. Also offer a decent portion of beer and wine.

What happened?! I love Sliced! Now they're never open and when they're open, they won't answer the phone. I made a special trip to the restaurant because I knew they were open, but don't answer the phone again. If they're here, they're super slow. I command, and the employee tells me they only accept cash!! I get it, maybe the machine is down, but I'm frustrated. I love pizza and wings, but I give up. I will not return to give them my business.

This sliced location is the best one! I always have great service and the food never misses. Garlic knots are amazing. Pizza is amazing. Fried mozzarella is amazing. Wings are amazing. Everything!!
