Starbucks

Went into today to redeem free coffee ordered it and she said it was invalid and showed her on the app that the points where 50 and that’s what the app said was required. She said you have to go to a “standalone Starbucks” otherwise it’s 150 here. No point going here if you want Starbucks customer service- in a real starbucksnthey would of given the coffee for something that was not clear or just charged the 50 points

I recently relocated to Colorado, and I'm surprised by the numerous negative reviews for this Starbucks. If you're looking for rude, pretentious baristas, you might want to visit California instead. The staff I encountered at this location were all hardworking, friendly, and dedicated to customer service. Coming from a time when a cup of coffee cost just a nickel to now seeing prices over $5, I believe people should reevaluate their expectations regarding the services they seek.

Prompt, courteous, convenient, and clean. I always enjoy coming here; it’s clear that the staff is hardworking, especially when I’m in for a quick lunch.
