Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food is fantastic, but unfortunately, the customer service provided by the girl who served me was terrible. Her attitude, tone, and even her lip-smacking made the experience quite unpleasant. It was so disappointing that I don't want to return. I used to be a regular, but after this experience, I won't be coming back. Management should consider replacing her, as her behavior could hurt the business.

Expensive and consistently serves very small portions.

I've changed my opinion after discovering that this chain supports progressive policies that penalize employees for making mistakes with gender pronouns. In my view, there are only two genders: feminine and masculine, and everything else falls outside of that.

This restaurant is a great spot for enjoying a healthy meal, and it’s a fresh addition to the scene. However, I have some drawbacks to mention. One thing I didn’t like is that everything is served cold. For instance, the burrito was cold, which I found puzzling. They claim it’s for health reasons, but honestly, it’s not very appealing. While I don’t mind most dishes being served cold, some foods are typically enjoyed warm. This is just my perspective, but it’s definitely something that bothered me during my visit.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered my meal with avocado, and what I found hidden under the lettuce was unacceptable. It was a whole brown avocado that was hard and clearly going bad. It ruined the entire meal for me. I can't believe they charged me $2.45 for that disgusting avocado. Really disappointing. I won't be returning here again.
