Nisen Sushi Commack

Sushi is average at best. Very poor sake menu. Restaurant is on the pricey side. It looks like the restaurant caters to the unknowledgeable sushi customer.

Sushi was excellent as usual. Busy last night but took 20 minutes for drinks, 50 minutes for food. Salad forgotten. No apologies for our wait. I think they can do better

Nisen never disappoints so you have never been, give it a try

I use to love this place. Not anymore. It’s too loud. The prices have gone parabolic. They charge $6-$7 per piece of nigiri sushi. That’s insane. What are we in Manhattan??? Never again. Our waitress was not attentive. She also first gave me a $14 glass of wine that was literally a shot of wine. I made her get more. It was such an insufferable experience and over $150 for two people. Come on!
