Bidra med feedbackOne of my favorite places to shop. Staff seems happy to be there. They will interact with their customers. I am lucky if I can get the cashier at a Stop N Shop to grunt at me. Great selection of products.
I'm so happy one opened up close by me. It's a huge supermarket. I know I get quality when stepping in here. Plenty of parking at the lot too, which makes things easier.
I particularly love Whole Foods. They have so many healthy options to choose from. If you want organic choose their 365 by Whole Foods brand. Their produce department has many varieties and you can usually find some exotic fruit. My last visit I found half of a jackfruit. I always try something new. Here is something neat for you, if you are a member of Amazon prime go to Whole Foods in your app and scan your member barcode for special discounts . Your welcome.
Idk what is going on at this store , not sure if it 's just THIS particular one or a trend for Whole Foods overall . I certainly hope not. When I first started shopping there downtown NYC it was always an experience the sales associates were all so highly knowledgeable and treated each shopper as a treasured client ! My experience at the Commack store has been like shopping at a Walmart I LOVE Walmart but ones expectation of Walmart is very different than what I hope to find at Whole Foods! I feel like I 'm interrupting or bothering whomever I happen to ask for help . They 're either more focused on stocking shelves or chatting with co workers . I 'm very disheartened to find this. My review is certainly not based on 1 bad experience , it 's just about every time I enter. I 'd hope that the people hiring and training see this so perhaps they could redirect the store . Plenty of people need jobs I 'd hire some who get the culture and make sure everyone has that WOW experience I 'd always had .
HORRIBLE customer service. Every other whole foods i 've been to, the employees have been so helpful and willing to go above and beyond. The employees here don 't even look at you in your eyes and talk to each other while ringing you up. When asking employees to help they seem like you are seriously inconveniencing them. When I spoke to the manager about it he had the same exact attitude. They were out of stock of a certain item and I came by numerous times to see if they restocked and they hadn 't. I asked them if they could please call me when they get it in so I didn 't have to keep coming back to check to which they responded we don 't do that . Okay. Definitely will be going to another whole foods from now on.
