Bidra med feedbackThat must be the almost food experience of the worst I ever had. first, customer service. which customer service? I'm sorry, but if a customer is on their desk, they won't turn away without recognizing them! rude rude rude. when they talked to us, it was dead, not even the basic friendliness. they were impatient, restless and evil. as if we had troubled them, and we should be grateful that they served us at all. second, eating. uuugggh. not to expect that gourmet, but the soft taco dishes were stale, the salate was devastated and the tomato were in the ground all water. flavorless and bland and that says something for a tacoglocke. finally it was dirty. the toilets were rough, the tables were dirty and the frustrating thing about all that? they weren't even so busy. I never saw more than 1 car in the car ride thru but half a dozen people cannot smile with basic restaurant operations without a single smile. not only will I not come back, I am turned off on the whole chain. taco bell, you can't pay your people enough to be decent at their jobs? 0/0 stars.
I have asked myself to give us our mobile order, I don't write bad reviews in that, but the Drive-Thru staff we spoke to this evening at taco bell has given me a great motivation. my friend placed a mobile order pickup through doordash, and because the lobby was closed, he waited through the drive thru for about 30 minutes. the heavy traffic, of course, is not someone's fault, but 30 minutes (plus the time between placing the order and getting to the location) is definitiw enough time to make an order, so we knew that something was up when he was 'to the speaker and who one claims that they have 't the order. the man told him to take up anyway, to whom he was waiting, just to tell him that they had not commanded him again. my friend told them that he paid for it, and the dame in the window said there is nothing we can do, so my friend asked if they could make the food he paid. shortly after, the man appeared in the window and lifted his voice and said that there was nothing they could do because they did not receive it. my friend then said he had the reception, but the man went on to argue and said well, I didn't have the entrance. You did, but I didn't. he tried to explain that he could only show them the acknowledgement, and the man gave to my friend the fault that he holds the line. In the effort not to keep the line, he asked to make another order for what he paid, and he would only pay for them again and doordash for the refund for his other order. who was annoying and repeated reminded him that he had to pay for what was known. He kept talking about him and then called him stupid to command him. Once he finally got his job (which was of course done wrong), the man immediately closed the door so that my friend could not ask for something else if he needed it. this is the absolute worst service we have ever received in a taco bell (or everywhere). a word that wants for anyone who wants the late night tbell at this place, it is not worth it.
This place was terrible. I wanted to eat and have to order some keyboard. we waited at least 15 minutes while we saw cars going through the drive thru away faster. the people stood in front, they were all upset. I'll give him two because that was okay. the bathrooms are not locked out of any ground so they do not have to clean them. the floor in the escaping was slippery. many of them were either empty or full of foam. never again.
Waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes as soon as we were in the window to place a job because the monitor was out. the worker went away from the window and started talking to the other two employees there. there were children playing in the lobby area. the night team should be replaced, they were dressed in regular. many cars left the line because they did not try to take orders that they were busy talking and playing. I'm from michigan and that was a terrible experience.
Worst taco bell service.Place an order for pick up.Get there snd they say its only drive thru now.Funny the app usually says so?Then as I spend the next 10 minutes trying to cancel the order from the app, the crew that ‘couldnt serve walk ins’ is outside smokin blunts and partying. Sorry to be the dorky customer that just wanted the food they paid for, who isnt in a car.Avoid!
