Starbucks - Columbus

Completely messed up my order and there landline phone doesn’t even work. This is so disappointing

Had the Mango dragon fruit drink it was so refreshing and my daughter who ordered for us both got the cookie something with coconut milk. This place got the orders just right.

Old white lady in there is rude as heck. The young chick in there with her follows right behind her. They need to understand the type of job they signed up for is to take care of customers and making the drink how i like it. For a product IM paying for. Never going back to this location

When we went there was 2 associates working together and went to break together. Told my daughter they would be 20 minutes. When they came back they told her and another customer they would have to wait why they restocked the store before opening and then had the nerve to get an attitude because they aren't able to multitask. Sorry Starbucks but your stores have been lacking my last couple of visits no matter the location. Be glad I can't give this place a negative star.

I come here often they usually have only one or two people with a line of customers and they are always incredibly friendly. One lady in particular a beautiful brown lady who worked under target I believe always makes my vanilla sweet cream cold brew absolutely perfect!!
