Five Guys - Columbus

I had a great experience at this restaurant. It was my first visit, and I was really pleased with everything. I enjoyed a delicious speck cheeseburger along with some fries. I honestly can't understand why people choose places like McDonald's or Burger King when they can get a genuine burger like this here.

This will be my last time visiting Five Guys. The quality of the food has gone down tremendously while the prices continue to rise. I am always down to pay for quality, especially since I recently flew to Vegas for a $100 burger. But when the service and the quality are bad, I will not continue to waste my money at the establishment. My burger was mediocre at best, and the fries which are usually very good were drowned in salt. Luckily I only purchased one pop to share with my child because the Freestyle machine was out of the majority of brands that I like. The customer service was also lacking, but not as bad as the food. I will satisfy my burger needs to better restaurants from here on out. Bacon Cheeseburger 1-5=2. Fries 1-5=0. Service 1-5=2.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely wonderful, and the young man at the register provided excellent service. Great job, Cire C.! I visited on October 22nd at 3:50 PM, and it really brightened my day during my long 16-hour shift. Highly recommend!

Five Guys is always good. I don't get to visit as often as I would like since they don't have one in my town (which is perhaps a good thing or I would probably be visiting them too much). You can't go wrong with a great burger, more fries than any one person should eat, and some highly carbonated Coca Cola with flavors you can't get anywhere else.

Today, I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and hardworking, and the food was delicious and fresh. A big thank you to Hudson and Dwight (sorry if I've spelled the names incorrectly) for contributing to our wonderful experience. Keep up the great work!
