The Biscuit and Gravy are not great. They didn't give me any utensils or any syrup for my pancakes. Acrambled eggs not good either. But the hashbrowns, pancakes, and sausage were good

I DIDN'T GET HALF MY FOOD AND HAD TO REORDER IT. WHEN I THE SECOMD ORDER, THE BACON WAS NOT DONE, AND THE HASH BROWNS WERE VERY HARD. I DIDNT EVEN GET THE BREAD THAT IS SUPPOSE TO COME WITH MY DINNER

Our entire order was wrong. either the objects were not completely boiled (eggs and apple crucible) or instructions were neglected like gravy on the side to avoid getting soggy before we sit to eat it or the items were missing. I ordered bananas and caramel pancakes and just got. we had the apfelspin, there was no ice and it was not cooked. we got the pancake bites and it didn't have any soaking. my partner ordered the country fried steak and biscuits and gravy. the steak was not properly cooked and the gravy was not on the side. No one even tasted good. I tried not to answer the restaurant. tried emailing companies and they were like too bad the resturant will come out. a week nothing. again by e-mail. it was said they would come out again. Nothing. there are two weeks and no word. terrible eating, terrible quality control, terrible customer service. I will not come back. the payment by my credit card as this is the only remaining option.

I would normally rate this place higher, but that is waiting for the controls alone is ridiculous. I like to order their construction-your-own beyond burgers, but I have to check three times that the job does not come with cheese as over the years, that was a problem. I only have in the situation to eat fries (seasoned or wavy) here at a few places because they ran from other options. my group likes it is late, but we all dread the long wait for eating or if something has been forgotten. refills for drinks take place either quickly or every half hour. obviously they get a tonn of orders, but they are chronically understated. we have seen how to turn away people who have arrived at the busy 20 minutes. if they don't want to be strongly disappointed, they won't get their wings, because the portion size is sad when compared to another article on the menu. pick up the choconana pancakes (although some grip, the ihop has superior scatter for the pancakes) or a version of a big slam if they are an allergic one. vegetarian options: tons vegetarian options. vegan options exist, but besides fries, other items may not always be available as the demand may vary. child-friendly: I have seen them during the day, but not usually when we eat late there. park: don't worry about the parking lot. you will find a local dietary restrictions: they can easily absorb halal and thorny or fungal allergies. vegan options may vary, but if they have the Jenseits patents on camp, they are good to go.

I don't know where to even begin. When I arrived there was only one customer in the whole restaurant. I saw 3 employees. One was a server, 1 was a cook, and I'm not sure what the other employee's job was employee stop was exactly.I was seated and given a menu and she got my drink for me. They were out of Dr Pepper so I had water instead. I tried to order potato soup which is on the menu, but they were also out of that. I then tried to order a 1/2 order of nachos, Only to find out that they were out of the nacho meat. ?I finally settled on the combo appetizer. When it finally came out, my chicken was WAY overcooked and burned. One of the pieces couldn't even be cut. (I have video proof of that just in case a manager tries to dispute that fact. I did not ask for my money back Or even ask them to recook it. I just assumed the way things were it nobody cared enough to do it right the 1st time so what was the point of asking for it to be done a second time.The server waiting on me couldn't stay awake and kept falling asleep while at the computer screen. Even the cooking and bag was taking videos and pictures of her falling asleep. To which she replied that she was extremely tired. I'm not sure what her situation is but she acted and looked more like she was on drugs than being sleepy. I also have video evidence of this.I was in town visiting and drove 20 minutes from my hotel in the rain To eat here. I assure you the next time I will go somewhere else.
