Avoid this place at all costs. Service was horrible. The calamari was burnt. The Stromboli was waaaay under cooked. I don't even know where to stop. Horrible! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We love the food at Carsonie’s but the service has tanked due to the apathy of the staff. I am not sure if apathy is really the right term..touch-less perhaps. The phone is no longer answered, you have to order online and you will receive multiple notifications that your order is ready, but never a notification that it will be incomplete. We placed a large carry out order that included wedding soup via “Toast” because no one would answer the phone. When we arrived to pick up, we were told “no wedding soup.” When we asked why we weren’t notified, blank stares. Long complaint short, for a neighborhood destination in a very competitive area, you would think customer service would be a priority. Sadly, it is not. Eggplant parmagean with spaghetti was great as usual. Chicken marsala special was OK but not much marsala flavor and sauce. Added small house salad is always a good choice too.
