When we were being led to our table, the hostess informed the server that we would be seated in his section. However, after waiting for about 10 minutes, we ended up placing our order with the hostess and manager instead. The server later approached our table and apologized for not introducing himself earlier, but then left without actually introducing himself.

Even after being placed on the waiting list, it still took one hour to finally get a table at the restaurant.

We tried using the Open Table "Not a reservation reservation" and found it to be useless. We still had to wait in line behind everyone else. We enjoyed the great food, clean restaurant, and decent service provided by our server.

Server was told that we were sitting in his section when the host went to the table. After about 10 minutes the host and manager had to take our order. The server finally came to our table and apologise not to imagine when we were sitting. But he went away without presenting himself.

It took 1 hour to get a table, even after the waiting list.
