Texas Roadhouse - Columbia

Our waitress wasn't the best we ran out of drinks several times and she was nowhere to be seen.

So walked in and was taken to a table quickly, however no rolls even though they were ready so I asked the hostess if we were to get rolls as we were seated and she said no they come later, that's a first but I thought well maybe things changed, so as I left the table to go to the men's room the same hostess came back with out rolls but no plates, so I went and got plates for us. When it came to ordering and I guess this one is on me I ordered a beer but I've ALWAYS been asked if I want a bottle or a draft and if draft large or regular, well I didn't get asked so I was served a bottle again I guess that's in me but always asked in the past. The fried pickles were warm at best definitely not hot. The steamed veggies may as well have been right out of the field, hard as rocks . The worst I've had at this place ever. They of course will get another chance and I hope it goes back to what it was.

The vibes n everything was perfect. The wife and I will definitely be bk again soon. The waitresses were the best service hands down!!!!!

The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Our waitress was very attentive! We were a group of four; three of us ordered steak, and while two were cooked perfectly, one was not. However, that person chose not to mention it and decided to eat it anyway. Overall, everything was great.

The overall experience was disappointing. It was clear that the staff were not happy. Both the food and service were below expectations. I would not recommend it.
