Bidra med feedbackThe main problem here is undoubtedly the management. This location clearly lacks a leader who sets a good example and cares about upholding Red Robin's standards. I've never encountered such a subpar Red Robin in my life. The lamps over the booth tables were covered in dust, there were grease stains on nearly all the seating, and the floors were dirty, all indicating a blatant disregard from higher management. This establishment deserves a comprehensive corporate investigation into its level of care and adherence to Red Robin's standards. I recommend a week-long quality assurance visit from corporate, as a single day would not suffice to address the many issues, starting with the manager's attitude. My experience here has been nothing short of unprofessional.
I generally have a negative experience with the service at this restaurant, but I love the food, which is why I keep coming back. Sadly, my meal today fell short as well. My burger was over-seasoned and did not live up to the quality I expect from Red Robin. The dining area had numerous dirty tables, and the manager's response was simply to move items from one table to another. We also waited over 10 minutes for drink refills, which seems to be the norm in the service industry nowadays.
I had a disappointing experience at the Red Robin in Columbiana Mall. The bartender made a mistake with my drink, and sadly, the problem was not resolved. Overall, I'm quite dissatisfied with my visit.
I arrived just before 10:00 and was told there would be a 30-minute wait, despite there being numerous empty tables. After waiting, we were seated approximately 10 minutes before another group that came in after us; they were seated immediately. I attempted to speak with the host, but she completely ignored me and didn't acknowledge my presence at all. Frustrated, I chose to leave. We ended up going across the street to Denny’s, where we promptly received a notification that our table was ready. Thanks, but no thanks, Red Robin. With service like that, I won’t be coming back.
During our visit, Andy provided exceptional service. We did experience a slight issue with our order, but the staff addressed it promptly, and the manager personally followed up to make sure everything was to our liking. The food was tasty—definitely what you’d expect from a chain—but the burger was truly outstanding!
