Panera Bread - Columbia

Management is great here! The supervisor went out of her way to make sure that I got the correct food and made sure that it’s dairy free, since I have a dairy allergy. This is the first time where I felt like someone actually cared. I very recommend this place if you are looking for good food and great management.

The employees r mean sometimes but the one girl who shouts the order like an auctioner is super dope. also, they never get my pick up order wrong

This place has the same food you would expect from a Panera, but they are SO SLOW. Very unreasonably slow. I understand workers may be in short supply, but no one here seems to care about getting orders out in a reasonable time. Expect to wait AT LEAST an hour to get your food here. It 's always that long a wait, and they don 't care. They will bump through grubhub orders so the computer reads them as ready just to keep their listed wait time low. Once your order is ready it will be a while still.ETA: they go in no order of order number here. They will call 498, then 563, then 508, etc. No order. Just whim.

No one serves for distributing food for rapid pick-up. Ordered 20 minutes ago and was told that it was not ready. Waited for a long time and they found the food on their inside shelf and forgot to give it to me.

Ordered online and used directions on the link that took me a mile away. Could never figure out where they were. I called for 45 minutes and nobody answered. No way to get a refund or my food.
