Monterrey's Mexican - Columbia

Honestly, not the best experience tonight. It turned out that they were only short employees. Nobody waited for the seat when we came in, but it took at least five minutes until someone noticed us and sat down. The hostess immediately delivered chips and salsa. It took a long time until the server came to our table that we placed our beverage order and Entree order simultaneously. She did what was necessary, but nothing extra. We were never offered a second basket of chips, although it was empty long before we got our food. Our drinks were empty before a refill was offered and I would like another one before we left. Interestingly, the cups for tea seemed to be bigger than the cups for soft drinks. The food was good and came in a reasonable time. The prices seemed to be a little cheaper than competitors, but also piece sizes seemed to be smaller. My husband and son could have eaten more.

If I gave them 0 stars. We had a party of 8 and half of us came to see if they had tables, said waitress Diana, I can now get 4 of you and the rest after? We explained that our other half of the party was already here, so she began to say that she was sitting a party of 4 and we had to wait until she gets orders there. Okay? no problem she takes our orders and we ask for fajitas mixtas and she is very defensive and say they are called fajita? trio? and rolls her eyes. She gets the wrong order and gets defensive again and says: No, did you order that? First, do not argue with customers if you would have any kind of customer service experience You know that and you'd apologize and get the order right, but DIANA isn't that. Then we ask for hot sauce and she says you have to wait until I put the other food in order (very rude), if everything she had to say was yes, give me a second. The food was neither good for the service. The worst experience EVER. Not recommended. Monterrey makes it better!!!!

Eating served hot, on hot plates. Next to me, the person got dazzling Fajitas, and they smell fantastic. Two people asked for the Salsa Verde because they like heat. Great atmosphere. We enjoyed lunch.

The place wasn't busy. I ordered the taco salad from the lunch menu. I paid extra for supplements I wanted. But it was terrible. The meat was too salty. It wasn't good. Later I felt so bad that I had to eat something else to get this taste out of my mouth. Even thought I'd throw away a few times. I'd never go back. The server was nice, but the food. As simple as Taco salad. I'm glad I didn't add the guacamole. It looked so bad that I just left it on the side. Nothing real. He brought extra meat without a fee because my bowl was close to empty. I asked for salad. Unfortunately, that was a waste of money.

Great service! The food was a bit bland. I'll give it another chance a different day.
