Ihop - Columbia County

We waited a long time after being seated for someone to take our order. when we started to leave our server came over to take our order. Jessica came back with our drinks and left. My husband and I were talking when she threw a bunch of napkins in front of our faces and said sorry and walked off. She brought our food it was good but we ran out of drinks and she never brought my strawberry syrup I had asked for. I didn't eat my pancakes. She came back to ask if I wanted a to go box I said no I just wanted the Check by that point and my husband mentioned that she didn't bring the syrup Jessica was nasty and pointed at the regular syrup on the table my husband said she asked for strawberry syrup. I guess she remembered and was trying to be nice by that point. She spent the whole time messing with the condiments in the cabinet it would have been nice if she would have checked on us. The only tip I would give her is find another job. 2nd bad experience there in a month, both service related we won't be back.

Have you ever had an experience where you wish you could just tell people: don 't go here and that would be enough? Well. Don 't go here. Food was abysmally slow. The server was pretty decent though. Just really bad flow from order, to cook, to eat was awful

I guess I have to leave a review to get in touch with someone… me and my family ate here on Wednesday around 11am our food was $63 but after i checked my bank statement you guys charged an extra $10 and I want my refund like someone needs to contact me as soon as possible that’s stealing

We had Tabitha as our server and she was incredibly knowledgeable and provided detailed answers to our questions. The food was served quickly and was warm. Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious.

Me and my fiancé sat at a table for about 30 minutes without getting a drink or anything. I use to be a server and i understand your short staff but aleast ask if we want something to drink or something. I would not come back there again
