Urban Egg A Daytime Eatery

We had an early breakfast and the service and entrees were great. A bit pricy for my thin wallet however. I was especially shocked when I saw the bill and the price for an 8 ounce glass of milk was the same amount I could buy 128 ounces (1 gallon) of milk for at the grocery store. $3.50!! Really!? Plenty of parking, friendly staff, and very sanitary. Great view of Pikes Peak from the patio.

Super busy place. Definitely try it once. The food was really good and cooked perfectly. They place was so busy though they were running out of cups and it took longer than usual to get food. But the wait was worth it! The food on the main menu is really good. We tried the funky monkey special pancake and it was okay. Black Bear has the best pancakes though. The strawberry basil lemonade is delicious!

Wonderful experience just to pop in or a sit and eat it’s all wonderful.And I’m just saying if you get the chancePlease try the pineapple martiniYou’ll thank me later.Also can’t forget the nice people at the bar and Amazing service
