Taco Bell - Colorado Springs

Normally this place is great! but today the girl was on the way through a terror! we pulled up and she was like what you want. not welcome to Taco bell or nothing at all, and we were like oh, okay, of course, it didn't say that. then we ordered a thing and she was like a cough that everything and my man and I were just finished. So we were as if you knew what it never meant to us to do with your imagination and we were gone. when I called, they didn't even answer. so no great experience and terrible customer service!

Paid on the kiosk for my order. Paid for 2 frozen drinks which they didn't have and that's a bit of a bummer to spend extra and not recieve. Service was pretty efficient. This time my order was correct and I wasn't given a door dash order by mistake.

Don't ever door dash from here, order will always be wrong, forget about getting sauce packets unless you go inside to order, none will come in drive thru or with door dash. Tacos are all lettuce and shells, barely any meat. If you do go inside, plan on spending atleast 25-30 minutes to get order. I completely bypass this location and drive further. Worst location in Colorado Springs. Too bad, all renovated great location, but staff don't care, managers are are rude. Also place is filthy!!!

No one is worried about germs here! Door handles filthy.. dining area filthy, bathroom filthy. Trash and crumbs on the floor and tables.. homeless hangout is the vibe. Covid didn't happen. So sad to see a place re-done to just be let go by lack of cleaning.. not gonna lie, lost my appetite.. staff was begrudgingly polite though..
