Red Lobster Colorado Springs New Center

Be ready to hurry, regardless of how often you tell your server that you are not in a hurry.

I made a reservation on Open Table for 3 people for lunch. When I arrived, I mentioned my reservation and the hostess greeted me by name, indicating she was expecting me. The experience only got better from there, with delicious food (endless shrimp) and exceptional service!

The service at this restaurant was extremely poor. The waiter blamed his inexperience for forgetting several items, including two courses of a three-course meal. We had to ask multiple times for straws and still did not receive enough for our party. Despite asking three times for an additional order of shrimp scampi, it was never brought to us. When we wanted to order more drinks, we hesitated to ask again. Overall, it was a terrible experience and we were unable to fully enjoy our meals as we spent most of the time waiting for the waiter to fulfill our requests.

We went to a restaurant that offered unlimited shrimp. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Teddy provided excellent service, with a rating of 11 out of 10! We were extremely happy with our dining experience and will definitely be returning soon.

Food was awesome (especially coconut shrimp and Atlantic salmon), and our server Teddy was great!
