Prime25 - Colorado Springs

Warning: long post, amazing everything! I'm a huge foodie and has been in the industry for years... after trying several places recommended to me, I finally found an amazing restaurant that keeps up to the hype. The latest reviews I read before our reservation made me somewhat hesitant, but we were greeted by a friendly host and an exceptional server! We ordered the oysters for a starter ( upgraded to Rockefeller, my father doesn't like raw) and we are very disappointed, the bread crumbs above were burned and leave a bitter taste. Informed our server Brad, he returned immediately and alerted the kitchen. We changed too raw and so happy. They were so fresh and delicious! After we asked Brad a few questions, we decided for the Sea Bass, pork chops, butternut Agnolotti, beet salad and tuna tar... we all shared so that we could try a little of everything. Every single bite was thrilled! To the top of the night, Brad paired our desserts with a delicious harbor and sour that was the perfect finish! Best food I've had since I moved here!

Oh, my God, what an excellent culinary experience! The food was incredible, the service was from the charts and the ambience was fabulous. At the beginning we had a crab cake and shrimp cocktail (that was a perfect combination for the exchange)...tons of crab meat in the cake and the shrimps were huge! For the main course I chose the fillet and the table divided the ducks fat potatoes and mushrooms. For dessert creme brulee. Of course there were a few drinks and this place has a variety of mixed drinks (I loved the tons for it fresh, light citrus notes and I don't think I had a better espresso Martini), spirits and wine. This is a perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or just treat yourself to a great meal.

Service was amazing! Great place for a romantic dinner! We made reservations for Thanksgiving and although they had a Turkish dinner, we went to Steak! The seafood is flown daily and it was fresh!

I was looking for a nice restaurant to celebrate my father's heavenly birthday. It was important to go somewhere where I could get a dessert with a candle and my son, and I could sing "Happy Birthday" to my father. We chose Prime 25 and I'm sooo glad we did! From the time we arrived, our server Brandon knew exactly what the occasion was and delivered exemplary customer service! We even got a thank-you card signed by the staff to celebrate at Prime 25! I was really impressed with this detail. The food was delicious. The ambience was elegant and elegant and the restaurant is simply beautiful. The manager, Wendy, was very friendly and gracious when I got into my experience with her. I can't believe it took me 5 years to find this jewel. I was with all the other steak houses in town, but this one overcame the competition. I will definitely be back! Thanks Brandon for a wonderful experience! I know my dad looked down and was just as pleased.

Immediately upon walking into Prime 25 my husband and I were in awe. It is a nicely styled restaurant with a very romantic ambience. From the fireplace to the stylish seating to the live music. It was all perfection. Not only was the place classy, but the service matched as well! We were welcomed by at least 4 employees. From the hostess, to a random waiter greeting us with water and quick updates to our actual server Sara and Jamie who I think was the manager of the restaurant. It was my husband and I anniversary and Jamie made us feel very welcomed! We loved every moment. Once the food arrived we were in heaven. Everything was cooked to perfection and it was well seasoned and well portioned! I would definitely recommend Prime 25 to anyone and we will definitely be back!
