Outside The Breadbox - Colorado Springs

Last week, I placed my order and wrote a detailed note as requested, but unfortunately, my bagels were not included in the delivery. Yet another mix-up. I reached out to customer service again, expressing my frustration that this had happened a second time, especially after following their instructions carefully. I asked how they would resolve the situation. The response I received was disappointing—no greeting, no explanation, no acknowledgment of the mistake—just a brief statement saying they had refunded my order. I replied to thank them for the refund, but their curt response left a bad taste in my mouth. While it may just be a reflection of the times we live in, as an entrepreneur, I find it hard to understand and accept a complete lack of basic customer service skills. I can’t comprehend how a business could dismiss a customer who has placed multiple orders that were all incorrect. OTB may believe they can afford to lose one customer, but if they have lost the ability to communicate with their customers on a personal level, they risk losing far more than they realize.

We were driving when I stumbled upon this charming little bakery and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad we did! My husband has recently been diagnosed with celiac disease, and we've been on the hunt for delicious gluten-free products. We picked up some bread and a bag of cinnamon bites, and they were both delightful. They also offer a variety of pre-packaged gluten-free and vegan options. I can't wait to come back and try more in the future!

I am so thankful that this bakery exists! If you're gluten-free, this is the spot for you! I tried the Hamburger Buns on Saturday night, and they were fantastic! They were delicious, soft, and paired perfectly with garlic and herb butter, especially after a few minutes on the grill! I also got some blueberry bagels, and I had one this morning. It made me so happy! They were tasty, and I had no bloating afterward! I’m really grateful to have discovered this place. Keep up the great work, everyone!

Your gluten-free Vegan oats bread is soooo good! You can eat it without even hitting it!

When I moved from Colorado to Florida I couldn't find gluten free bread anywhere, that was as good as Outside the Breadbox. I have been ordering online and having it shipped to me for 2 years now. The best ingredients, flavor and texture. I love Outside the Breadbox products, all of them! Thank you!!!
