Bidra med feedbackThe worst chipotle I ever had in my life! for $40 missing two items and the burrito is so small I would rather go to taco bell. beyond that, they have not put a chicken in my tacos and have added a large amount of guacamole that I have never ordered. the burrito is so small that a three-year-old can eat it and it has no flesh in it. very cold and have to go through eating and numerous complaining about their bad quality. I have safety concerns about this food and it all went to waste
Kids meal barely had any meat. Not sure if it’s bcuz I ordered it online but when I go in face to face the kids meal doesn’t ever look this empty
I often go to chipotle and normally have an amazing experience. This instance was not amazing however. They were out of white rice and chicken (Two things most people get). As well the employees rude attitude. Besides that though the food is amazing and I will still be coming here often.
On 5/16 my employee and I ordered a pickup order. It was scheduled for pickup at noon. We came to the location and were surprised to find about 20 people standing in front of the store. We tried the door and it was locked.....at noon. Looking inside we saw about 20 bags sitting on the carry out shelves. Eventually the manager or supervisor (not sure if she was but assuming) came to the door and in a very snotty manner says is there a Brenda here ....no one answers so she made some snotty sound and walked away. This happened a few more times until finally we said is there an order for Dave back there . She said Ill check and then walked back and didnt look. This process happened for most of the rest of the people waiting and each time she would walk back and not look. We all even asked her why she didnt just bring all the bags to the front of the store and call them all out. Probably most of us had our orders on the shelf but she didnt even put the thought or effort into making sure she was calling out all completed orders. In the end we waited for 45 minutes after our scheduled pickup time before we got our cold food. The only excuse we got for the delays was we are really busy and behind so we arent opening the doors . The snotty person that was using completely useless tactics to get the food to people should be fired as Im sure they soured many people from coming there again and harmed the doordash and grubhub drivers that were there waiting to take their deliveries. This was the third visit in a row over the last month or so that I have had issues with this location and I will not be visiting again. I hope corporate offices monitor there reviews and do something to fix this location.
Do not do mobile order. I placed an order during my lunch break. Waited until 20 minutes after my scheduled pick up time and it still wasn’t ready. When I asked, there were still several orders in front of mine. Got back to work late and didn’t get to eat lunch. Now I’ve been on hold with corporate for 30 minutes to try to get my refund because they won’t refund in store. I hangry
