Arby's #7617 - Colorado Springs

Much too much brot that was not super fresh on single sandwich. we had to wait one because they had no dessert at the same time, instead of giving us food and dessert to bring out when done, we waited! manager very enthusiastic, but very loud! I will leave arbys from my list for quite ahile.

A pity that the company has spent so much money to renovate this location. I just went around 7:40 and stood in the lobby for 5 minutes without seeing another person in the load. No one greeted me or took my order and I went to the end and went somewhere else. they could reassess their personal.

Only giving one star because there's not an option to give 0 stars. Visited drive-through at Stetson hills location just now. Gave me Dr Pepper when I ordered lemonade, forgot an ice water, and made my son's sandwich wrong. Cheese sticks were cold and still frozen in the middle. Construction was going on so I couldn't go back into the store to get the order adjusted. So I went through the drive-through a second time. I asked for a remake on my son's sandwich and was given a hard time. They at least gave me cooked cheese sticks this time, but for whatever reason refused to remake the sandwich for my child. I could hear the attendant arguing with some lady in the back over my simple and reasonable request to remake the sanwich.. my kids and I could hear her belligerently screaming about the fact that we were requesting a remake. We are an on the go family, and this was dinner for my kids tonight. After the multiple mistakes they made on my order, I was unbelievably told I would have to pay for his sandwich again. I then asked for a complete refund of my order because of the terrible service and numerous items they had gotten wrong (seemed fair at this point). I was told sorry these are the rules either pay for the sandwich but were not offering a refund, immediately slamming the drive-through window in the faces of my kids and I. Unfortunately my son ended up with no meal. If you're looking for good service and people unwilling to screw over a child, please do not go to this location.

I ordered two half pound roast beef sandwiches, they seemed smaller than usual so I weighed them, one was 5.08 ounces and the other was 5.26, both quite a bit less than half a pound. Very dishonest

It takes a lot to leave a 5 star review on a fast food restaurant. The place was clean and the staff genuinely seemed to be happy to be there and take pride in service. I rarely say yes to upsetting, but the friendly offers of this is really good sold me. Great lunch experience!
