Went in tonight for supper, an the gentleman John was very kind, an courteous. He made sure he made mine an my fiancée's the way we wanted them. My fiancée an I were happy with our sandwiches. John did a very good job! Thank you John! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
I got a six inch sub, sandwich with cold cuts. Asked for guacamole 2 scoops. . When I sit down to eat, my sandwich was everywhere. But not in my mouth. Not happy. More napkins please. Service was bad. . Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
So my fiance and I walked into this subway and got greeted like normal. Well the one lady that was already standing up front working, had a line forming and asked for help. So the manager Deb walks in and starts to help at the register not even with the sandwiches. I start to ask for what I wanted on my sandwich, and the girl asked her how she would ring it up. I like my sandwiches complicated so I wasn't to concerned at first. But when the general manager couldn't figure out how to ring my sandwich up I told her I wasn't even concerned about the price that she could just double meat it. She then rolls her eyes towards me, and yells at me. Now I've been in customer service a long time. And I've always been told the customer is almost always right. I them found out that she was extremely rude to my fiance as well. At the end of our transaction she tried sugar coating the end of the interaction by being sweet. The ONLY reason I gave this place a 2 star, is because the lady up front looked short on experience. Probably due to that general manager Deb not trainer her properly. And the food was decent. That general manager needs to go if that store is going to survive.
