Bidra med feedbackI understand they were short staffed however we waited for two hours for our main meal. Let’s just say that it was NOT worth the wait. Will not be returning.
We have been to Al Carbon many times and it has been very good. This was our first visit this year. We had a 7:30 pm reservation. We sat at the table until 8:05 pm. The waiter did not acknowledge us or even give us a glass of water. He cleared the empty table next to us and brought bills to other tables but completely ignored us. The restaurant as half full with many tables empty. We decided to leave. We will not be returning. Perhaps the restaurant has been sold. The prices are up 30% also. With poor service it does not seem worthwhile.
We enjoyed and was impressed with our dining experience, everything was delicious and ceviche is the word! Ceviche Mixto: excellent, delicious combination of shrimp and octopus in a large bowl with corn and chips, festively presented and well suited for sharing Lobster pasta, ie, fettuccine de langosta ,The highlight was definitely the grilled lobster, tasty with a hint of smoke, we finished everything, including the tasty bread Antichuchos (skewers), chicken was perfectly prepared, the garden salad was a special treat many surprises such as the red ‘sweet drop’ peppers imported from Peru!The atmosphere is class yet comfortable.There are regular seating, high seating, as well as several sub dividable private rooms for parties and special functions.Everyone we interacted with, including Erin our waitress, bar tending staff, kitchen/busing staff, were all friendly, courteous, and helpful.Restroom was clean, 5/5.Parking: we found parking in front of the store and it was free, probably because we went a little late (about 7:30)
We celebrated my brother in laws 60th Birthday at Al Carbon, I selected the restaurant based on the reviews and menu, we were not disappointed!! The food was amazing, we all ordered different appetizers to share, all delicious! Our dinners were full of wonderful flavours, our waitress Taylor was amazing, super friendly and very knowledgeable about all the dishes we ordered! A complimentary delicious desert Tres leches cake for the birthday boy, definitely order, you will not be disappointed!Thank you for making our evening unforgettable, we will definitely be back on our next visit!!
