Captain D's - Collierville

The guy who took my order was super chill I added to my order at the window and he didn't have an issue taking care of me thats what people look for when it comes to customer service ?

The wait in drive thru was too long but that was expected. The fish wasn't the regular light flaky cod, it was a thick dry tasteless fish. It was terrible. They changed the recipe or something.

I ordered through door dash. I ordered sweet tea and got a coke instead and this little leg was on my fish.. ?? and this is the collierville location

Food was hot, and the servers were very friendly and made sure our order was correct.

The fish dinner was fixed rather quickly and the french fries were old and not looking good
