Seoulspice - College Park

I like seoul spice so much that I come here at least 2x in the month. the marinade they use on the bark makes it very tasteful. While I tried the purple rice, I prefer the glass noodles I've learned is made of sweet potato (even if it doesn't taste so much) I like spicy food, so the Korean hot sauce is my favorite. there is a decent series of veggies and toppings to add to their dish. regarding their own juices I really like the Kale Apple juice. I was not sure that the two are combined in a drink, but it doesn't taste like a thick green veggie smoothie, it tastes more like apples than calf.

Large eating and they have much more vegan / vegetarian options then I expected

Flavor packed! this location is so great! the ingredients and vegetables are fresh and I love the juice options for drinks. I usually get a rice bowl with spicy pork as my protein. (the purple rice is so good!) (so I mix it with white rice also for veggies/toppings, I get cramped, Korean radishes, gurken, kale, kimchi, cilantro and scalions. there are also several scratch sauces that they can also add. I love to mix the ginger carrot and the creamy sriracha. also the kale apple juice is a fave of me! seoul spice is so tasteful. I also like this place is right on a square. if they don't want to sit inside or don't want to wait to go home to enjoy their meal, they can sit outside on the big staircase. good quality eating and fast service. so delicious!

This afternoon, I decided to satisfy my craving for Seoulspice, like many others who were drawn in by the bustling atmosphere of the restaurant. The staff quickly attended to every customer's needs and requests with efficiency. Initially, I was concerned that my meal may not be up to par with my past experiences, perhaps due to my high expectations. However, when it was my turn to order, a worker named Lulit patiently assisted me and recommended new menu items that I ended up loving! In the end, my meal exceeded my expectations thanks to the addition of some new ingredients to my usual order.

I adore the staff at this restaurant! They are incredibly friendly and attentive, and I especially appreciate that some of them even remember me.
