Insomnia Cookies - College Park

The most amazing cookies ever. I'm in LOVE with the salted caramel delixe cookies. I also tried the new blueberry pancake cookie that came with maple syrup and it was delicious

I went here for the 1st time to satisfy a pregnancy-related sweets craving. Worth it! My kids loved as well...make sure to eat the cookies warm!! Place was clean and not crowded when I went (830pm on a Friday night)

Was previously provided a military discount and the next time told there isn't one, when I insisted I received one I was offered one cookie for 1 dollar. Previously provided a percentage off and this time the manager was called and she was a bit rude in handling the order. She didn't speak to me but I heard her over the phone talking to the associate and then said oh I can speak with the customer as well. No thanks. Learn to better communicate and make sure all employees are trained the same. Updated 1/22/2022 The manager was there when returned to give them another shot and she was warm, friendly, and pleasant. The service was next level. I believe in second chances and I'm glad I gave them one. :

This was my first visit to Insomnia Cookies, and I must say, the experience was delightful! Since the cookies are made fresh on-site, expect to wait a bit for them to bake and cool down, but I assure you, the wait is definitely worth it. The staff was incredibly polite and kept us informed about the wait times. The cookies themselves are warm, fresh, and absolutely delicious!

The staff working today were incredibly friendly and patient with the long line of customers. The cookies were absolutely delicious, warm, and fresh. These ladies definitely deserve a raise—10/10!
