Kenny B's French Quarter Cafe - Coligny

I visited this restaurant after reading all the positive reviews, and it definitely lived up to the hype! The New Orleans-themed decor was delightful, and I enjoyed admiring all the decorations while we waited for our food. The portion sizes for the dinners were generous and came with extras. Every dish we tried was amazing! Being a popular spot, we did wait a bit to place our order, but given it was a Saturday night, the food arrived fairly quickly, so no complaints there. I highly recommend this place and would not hesitate to return.

My friends and I had lunch here recently, and after hearing such high praise from a few people, I was quite disappointed. The counter service and ordering process were extremely slow! There also isn’t much seating available. After we placed our orders, it took about 15 minutes for the food to arrive. I had the crawfish étouffée, and it was bland and lacked flavor. Honestly, the rice tasted like instant rice. The highlight of the meal was definitely the beignets—they were hot and delicious! Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

This cafe with counter service is really impressive. The food is exceptional and definitely worth the wait. If you're visiting the island, it's a must-try!

Some of the best food on the island! The atmosphere is pleasant, and the outdoor seating is perfect. It offers a truly authentic taste of New Orleans. Great food!
