Chris and Lisa, who have been locally owned and serving our community for nearly a decade, offer high-quality meats and other responsibly sourced products. They’ve recently added delicious sandwiches to their menu as well.

One of the highlights of moving to Cold Spring is the opportunity to shop and dine here. Whenever friends and family come to visit, they're always eager to make a trip to the "meat" place.

Chris, Lisa, and their team consistently go above and beyond to deliver exceptional quality meat and prepared foods. Whenever I visit the shop, I know I'm getting the very best. The beef, sausages, and lamb are particularly noteworthy!

I've walked by this place countless times over the years, always telling myself that I need to try it. Finally, I found myself in the area with some free time, so I decided to stop in. I was not disappointed! They have excellent, fresh cuts of meat and a great selection of other foods. The staff was also very friendly. I will definitely be returning!

These guys are amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable, and the meats are all on another level. Whether it's the steaks, brisket, or chicken, everything is exceptional!
