The service at this restaurant is still awful. We had to wait for a long time with no acknowledgement. We only agreed to return because someone else was covering the bill.

I love coffee, and that's the main reason I decided to give this restaurant another chance after my last visit. I have to admit, the coffee quality was good and the food looked appealing as well. The decor and cleanliness of the restaurant were also impressive. However, I was surprised to find that Costa has become one of the more affordable options. Despite there being no line, it still took 3 minutes for my coffee to be ready. It's time for someone to shake up this overpriced coffee industry by providing fast, tableside service. It may sound radical, but it's about time for a change.

This small coffee shop located in Highwoods at Tesco offers a nice variety of coffees, drinks, snacks, and cakes. The staff is friendly and you have the option to sit outside.

I needed a snack between jobs and thought I’ll pop in for something warm and a coffee. There were two staff behind the counter, one had her back to me as she was using the coffee machine to make a drink but the other member of staff saw me and ignored me, wandering off to the back room for a while. I guess it was probably about 30 seconds in total before I was engaged with but to be obviously ignored is not pleasant; a “be with you in just a moment, sir” would have been more than enough to keep me happy. When the wanderer returned I was greeted with a smile-free face and “what can I get you?” In a flat tone. I felt like I was putting her out. Wow. I imparted my order and was asked my name, I guess this is on autopilot as there was no one else in the queue so why it was required I don’t know. But I digress. Upon divulging my name I was ordered to “take a seat” When my order arrived at my table a short while later and I thanked the lady I did get a “you’re welcome”. The food and drink were nice but it will be a while before I return.

Visited whilst shopping in Tesco..really nice Coffee shop..good coffee..nice hot chocolate..plenty of good snacks..and cakes..pleasant staff..good value
