Fairly average service: take out meal type: dinner price per person: $1–20

Overcharged for order.Reordered and was told would be refunded for 1st order.Daughter was also given incorrect order.We were driving through Coffs to Sydney so didn’t check the orders.When checking bank statement I was refunded for second order instead of incorrect order.Contacted store and refused to refund unless we come back to store.

We arrived at 7:52pm at Drive-Thru and operating hours are till 8pm. Employees didn't even acknowledge me, no hello hi or sorry we're closed. Don't advertise you're open till 8pm when you close at 7.52pm. I drove further away to KFC, ordered and had my food served by 8pm. Maybe you would be a successful franchise if you employed courteous and hard-working people.

The toilet looked like it had never been cleaned.I waited at the counter and it seemed like no staff were around.Later after one server came to the front the team arrived also from the back looking like they had just rolled out of bed.They had a sign on the fridge to ask the girls if you want a drink... Seems to women of this establishment are the only ones that know where anything is.The dining room was a mess.Food was decent though how hard is it to get wrong really? I was disappointed not to receive a spoon with my meal. How does anyone eat the potato and gravy without one?Such a disappointing experience.I 'll avoid this one in future.

The drive-thru menu was outdated, so several items we ordered were no longer available, forcing us to choose alternatives. When we reached the window, the young girl had to take our drink order again because the first person hadn't noted it down. Unfortunately, when we repeated our drink order, she informed us that they were out of Diet Coke, which the first person could have mentioned earlier. The food was disappointing; the burgers were poorly assembled with no attention to detail, and the rooster rolls and hot chips were soggy. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience for nearly $80 worth of food.
