The Birch On Elm - Coffee County

We came for our anniversary on a Saturday night in November. Everything was delicious. They have a full bar, and also some signature cocktails. I drank the “apple pie á la mode” which was slightly too sweet for me, but still good. The small plates are perfect to share between two. We ordered the charred carrots, the truffle fries, chopped cheese bao, the pork confit, and the short ribs. Dessert was the fruity pebble panna cotta. Service was great and the food was delicious. It was very expensive, but what isn’t in 2023? It’s good for a special occasion. We will definitely be back.

Excellent friendly and fast service meets unique and tasty menu in a fun and classy setting. Fancy drinks dreamed up by a true creative mixologist compliment the meal and ambiance to make this a must try spot. Wish Burlington VT had a place like this.
