Good food, great service, fun birthday dinner for the Fam!

Of course it is a Red Lobster and a part of a chain, but honestly, this place makes a great job, they make sure that the service is great, food is good, and they take care of big parties very well.

Our server was excellent. She was outgoing, friendly and constantly smiling She checked in on us frequently, kept the beverages filled and generally appeared to be enjoying her job. Made for an pleasant dining experience.

We are regulars but this time the 2 Lobsters that we’re served on the Plank were not fluffy and of a good size as they usually are! They were small and looked shrunken and over cooked. I did not complain but felt they did not serve an attractive or big enough Lobsters duo to us. Also the dinner took longer than usual to receive. They greeted us well, and the staff was great.

I felt like we rushed all the way through our meal. I had another half of my dinner. I had crabs so that it remained warm in the container so that my plate was empty at that time. Instead of asking me if the waitress stacked my plates and I said wait? My brother said what she wasn't even done. The waitress said sad. At this point after so many times of rarity I have just taken my food home. I understand that I open a table and keep things up, but I felt shocked. In the end, everyone left. I drove separately. I left my bag on table with food and my jacket, gloves and hat on chair. I went to the bathroom and came out to find. Seat splashed on my jacket. And they stare at my bag while they try to delete table. And they thought I left. I wondered who left the jacket a lot when there's a snowstorm out there? And a huge bag of food plus extra that I just get to go.
