Bidra med feedbackFirst, the staff was wonderful. The place has its own character, super cool. And the $12 burger was there for the price. Definitely see that I'm returning after it was my first time. Love it!
2022 review all restaurants are struggling to find good help... Is usually busy because of its location has barely enough parking. Food was okay (typical bar food deep fried and greasy) if you're a foodie you may want to pass, it's nothing extraordinary. Expect to wait if you're going on a typical meal time of the day.
I can't say how disappointed we were! We had so much hope going off the descriptions on the menu but they didn't live up to the hype! There's hope though as we spied other peoples orders coming out and I think we just got jacked up or something (solely going by the appearance of their fries).
Visited for the first time, I got a Denver omlette fries. It was ok. ? The pancakes were pretty good. ? Our server tried her best, it was pretty busy when we were there. If you sit outside, try to get a table under the shade, it gets pretty uncomfortable if you are in the sun.
Here 's a nice long time establishment that I feel gets overlooked due to its slightly obscure location. If you are looking for a place that serves a really great burger in a down-to-earth friendly relaxing environment with a homey feel and dim comfort lighting, you 've found it! (Outside patio seating available too. I 've been here a couple other times years ago and I don 't honestly know why I don 't make this a regular stop when I come to town. Their prices are very fair, the portions huge (they don 't charge more for split plate , and the food is great. They offer homemade potato salad in lieu of fries if you are avoiding fried...although with hand cut skin-on fries I don 't know why you would. Their burgers are half pound (unless you ask for quarter and cooked to juicy perfection. Do NOT skip the bacon as it 's super flavorful and crispy! The tomatoes are sliced thin enough to not be a slidy messy bother, huge side salads, and don 't forget the scooner of beer to wash it all down. (Yes, it makes the big burger look like it 's dwarfed, don 't be fooled! I will need to return for prime rib night which is refreshingly on a Saturday night instead of the typical Friday that many other places offer. Please remember to tip your wait staff well folks! Idaho is a right-to-work state which means most don 't even earn $5 an hour. ??? Tip them cash! Speaking of which, they are only accepting cash as method of payment right now anyhow so plan ahead. This place is definitely one to not be missed and I will definitely be returning!
