Subway - Cocoa

Delicious subs as expected! Courteous and efficient staff, sometimes a long wait when they are crowded. But in my opinion the food is worth waiting an extra 10 minutes for. They also periodically have specials for discounted subs.

I visited the Walmart store and was impressed by how quickly the staff assisted us. They were friendly and efficient.

I had to take my dog with me, who struggles with separation anxiety, and I was craving a Subway sandwich. I asked Richard, the district manager, if I could place an online order and wait outside. He was incredibly kind—he personally brought my order to me, made my sweet tea, and was very friendly towards my dog. In a time when it feels like everyone has an attitude, he was genuinely nice and understanding. I'll definitely return simply because of Richard's exceptional service! My sub was delicious too, and they have $2.99 six-inch subs!

This restaurant used to be great, but we've been really disappointed during our last two visits. Last week, I had to throw away an entire salad because it was drenched in dressing—there must have been at least two pounds of it! Today, the bread was excessively hard; it seemed like it had been left out in the heat for hours. We ordered online, but my husband ended up waiting nearly 15 minutes for our order to be ready. What happened to this place?
