Mcdonald's - Cocoa

Worst Mcdonald is ever Rude employees who are not basic communication skills. I'm so busy working, I just have time to eat once a day and I threw this meal away because it was completely useless. The frits were cold and hard and the Mcdoubles saw and tasted as they were sitting under a heat lamp for hours, and the Frappes were not available. Thanks for disappointment. I'll never visit this place again. Looks like my dog enjoys it?.

Always a disappointing experience in this place. Unknowing employees who have no respect and basic communication skills.

The cashier that waited on us, was very attentive to our needs. Our breakfast was hot and fresh. Excellent service. My prior experiences have not been that well. Thanks for improving your customer service.

Fries that's all i get on my visits. Hot from the fryer they'll prepare it on request. Very courteous staff.

Absolutely horrible experience every single time I go here. It?s the closest to my house so I try to not waste gas and go there. But today was the last day they?ll ever get my business. I was waiting in line and told I be right with you. No big deal. Then the car in the other line finished their order, pulled forward. And I sat there and waited. And waited. Another car pulls up in the other line places their order then pulls forward. I then have to scream ?Hello? for anyone to even acknowledge me again. I call the restaurant and the best the manager could say is ?they are understaffed? which is hard to believe when only 4/5 cars total were in the drive thru and nobody in the lobby. Safe to say I will be driving the extra distance to go to the one off of 524 now. This McDonalds always has issues and it?s clear management nor corporate don?t care enough to do anything about it.
