Bidra med feedbackI recently visited a restaurant for breakfast and was eager to try the new veggie egg white sandwich, which was my first choice, followed by the speck snackers as my second choice. However, I was disappointed to discover that both items were unavailable. When I asked to speak to the manager to clarify how a restaurant could run out of breakfast items, I was met with the least welcoming face I’ve ever encountered. The young woman I spoke to provided a somewhat acceptable reason – she mentioned that the products weren’t on her delivery van – but rather than resolving the situation, she threw her distracted manager under the bus. There was no apology for the inconvenience, and not even an offer for a small gesture to make up for it, like covering the cost of my coffee. Her tone was stone-faced and monotone, which made it clear she wasn’t interested in keeping my business. The only reason I’m giving this place 1 star instead of 0 is that they did manage to get my family member’s order right.
The staff were amazing and very friendly. I had a wonderful stay and even got my request for a gluten-free breakfast accommodated. Thank you!
Visited this last night. Frozen ice machine didn't work, then every drink in my order was wrong. They try to talk to a manager, always message that the number number is selected is wrong. this is not the first time that I had problems with this special load. looks like scooters will be my place for coffee.
The menu says that 2 bacon egg and cheese croissants are $5. I was charged $6. I asked the hired one who trained our bank and she said it was $6 and didn't give us any refund. dunkin has a habit of having another price on the menu and calculating a higher price. I usually catch it and they honor the price. that wasn't the case. dunkin has to bring it together.
False advertising of product. Menu board says one price and it rings up higher. They don't care about their baiting and switching either.
