Chick-fil-a - Cockeysville

People here are great, my issue is when it gets busy they forget things. Like, straws , sauces, the packets for my southwestern salad, etc. Gotta get there before or after the rush. Trust me!

This place always gets the order correct. Quick, hot, delicious, what more could you ask for? My only complaint would be the 1st stall in the ladies room. Between the violent overspray from the automatic flush (think bidet, people) and the tp dispenserthat is ridiculously hard to spin, it was an experience I'd rather not repeat. I'd eat here anytime, just steer clear of the1st stall if you have to use the ladies room.

Super friendly manager are wonderful men's best soda machine super eating open til 10 when they say they are open til 10, they do not close 15 minutes early and leave them hanging!

Usually my experience here is good, but yesterday I bought an salat. when I ate it, a piece of food had a strange texture. it felt like it had been looked before and was a nasty texture. I'll spit it out right away. I have already complained online and no one has reached me by phone or email. I'm really disappointed and worried. I'd hope no one pampered with my food.

Eat is good, just don't like their journey through the art to do. I'm sure it works great for the regular and the business when they are ashamed, but if they don't do chic fil a every day and don't have that menu unforgettable, it can be too much for them.
