Fabulous food on the go! Absolutely love the incredible, healthy, delicious lunch options. The bowls are so good and you don’t have to feel any “fast food” guilt as everything is just as good for you as it tastes. I have also had several meals from their well stocked freezer, salmon, butter chicken, curries, all of it’s delicious and if you don’t want to make sides they have a fridge full of sides to match the frozen entrees. Lunch and dinner made easy. They also now have Happenstance fresh bread available. This is my go to spot for food if I’m in Cobourg, hungry and in a hurry. If you haven’t tried it you’re missing out. Prep has quickly become my go-to for meals. Their products are fresh, healthy and oh the taste! I am dazzled that they cater to all food regimes with gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options. And yes, I do keep coming back because the food is superb but what makes this place very special is the customer service. Everyone I’ve encountered on their team is friendly, educated about their products and genuinely interested in ensuring you leave with what you need. The take home meals are all amazing, very easy to prepare, and taste like expensive high quality restaurant meals. The wraps are delicious as well. Definitely a repeat customer, very very good quality food for good prices!
