Jem Steakhouse - Coachella

From an unbiased perspective, the main dish (lemon caper chicken) was truly exceptional. The only downside was the excessive use of butter. The dish was served very hot, so much so that I had to eat other items to let it cool down. The coconut rice was also an excellent choice, and the papaya salsa was incredibly tasty. The rolls that accompanied the meal were soft and flavorful.

The service was also impressive; our servers kept our table free of dirty dishes and our drinks were always full. I tried a variety of dishes, including chicken, beef stew, tacos, steak, a build-your-own taco station, and a salad bar, along with several different cakes for dessert. While the selection was smaller than what you might find at other buffets, the taste and price were definitely in line with each other. My family left happy. Sorry, casino, but the restaurant got all my money this time!
