So we got a little lost and another restaurant was closed. My friend picked Vinniie's to try based on it looking like white comfort food (I prefer more exotic). We get there and a Filipina woman greets us and I ask if they have lumpia (filipino eggrolls) almost as a joke but she says yes and shows me many Filipino dishes on the menu. Now I'm excited! And the actual food we ordered was beyond my expectations, so very good. Service was prompt and good as well. Gotta get lost in? whatever state we were in? more often. PA?

The owner took my order over the phone without taking my name. Said the wait would be 25-30 min. If you've ever ordered from there you know to add at least 20 minutes to the wait time. I arrived 50 min after my order was placed and still had to wait an extra 30 minutes for it to be done. Finally I get my food home over an hour and a half after I put the order in and everything was wrong. I called to let them know my order was wrong and I was bringing it back. No apology, no offer of anything to pacify my anger for wasting my evening driving and waiting around for nothing. And as for the dining room, it was covered in trash and dirty dishes that was still there when I went back for my refund 30 minutes later. Won't be back.

This is a strange little place. It's part pizza shop, part Chinese restaurant, part burger joint, part bar. The owner is Asian, the staff are Amish. In part of the restaurant you can buy used books. The pizza is just okay, but everything is a bit over priced for the location and atmosphere.
