Bidra med feedbackMy family and I just moved to Valdosta from Southern California and really missed authentic Mexican dining. El Barrio didn’t look the part necessarily, but the food was amazing. Service wasn’t stellar but more then capable and very polite. We didn’t get chips and salsa as we waited for our food, we asked for some and got them, just was a little unusual.I would definitely recommend this place. Very good beans and rice. Quesadillas carne asada were great. And the chips and salsa turned out to be one of my favorite parts of the meal.
We are from Jacksonville but visiting family and we discovered this hidden gem. Sweet people served me and the food was delicious
Food was good but limited choices from buffet ended up ordering from menu
There are so many Mexican restaurants in Valdosta and I am glad that I stumbled across this one. The food and service is great! They even have a lunch buffet that is delicious and affordable.
Taco Tuesday treated us great. $1 street tacos. Great presentation with the food, complimentary chips and salsa. We've found the food in Valdosta needs a little bit of a salt boost to bring out some extra flavors. If not, the tacos definitely need some salsa, but might just be preference. Workers are always polite.
