Whataburger - Clute

It's always funny and entertaining seeing customers fight with staff. The food and service was good, I just wish this Whataburger could be a-lot more faster on food orders. I came here Friday Lunch 11 AM -12 PM and there was a-lot of people which I understand I know this is lunch hour. It took about 15-20 mins to get my food. If you are someone that's impatient, then this is not the place for you to come so just be aware of that.

Asked the “manager” last night why it was taking so long to get my order of ONE SINGLE BURGER and she said it was because they make each order in order, one at a time. I cancelled my order and left. Garbage.

SLOW SLOW SLOW.. waited almost 45min and it wasn't busy, then Food arrived cold because they had it sitting on counter because they were to busy doing what ever else, had them remake it which only took a few min... Other customers were very unhappy and requested refunds.. due to having the boat hooked up to the truck we were limited on places we park so we stuck it out.... We used to love this place but something changed and it's went down hill

Waited over 10 minutes to not get all my items. Tried to call, no one answered. You have lost a customer.

I had to wait an hour for two burgers. If I could give half a star, I would, but honestly, I would rate it zero stars if that were an option.
