They do actually what we need more of! Mixed restaurant that calls the dishes what they is and not what they isn 't, and clearly mark allergens. E.g. it 's called a 'mushroom on toast ' not a vegan or veggie toast. This is so vital if we want to inspire more people to try a plant based option every now and then, without defining themselves as vegan or vegetarian. I got the 'mushroom on toast ' for a late breakfast, very creamy hummus and great mixture of mushrooms, and the veggie boost (beetroot, carrots and apple juice). In general a nice place, friendly staff, great view over the square to watch people passing by and get the vibe of the city.

Good vegan options, very friendly staff. They have two vegan coffee options but can make the mist coffee specialities vegan if you aks. (Almond and oat milk) The portions of the breakfast are a little to small to be satisfied, but its not expensive. They are dog friendly outside.

The Restaurant has a Beyond Meat Burger and the Beyond Sausage. Burger was a little small but comes with fries and is inexpensive. Nothing too special but the staff was very friendly so we enjoyed our stay!

We chose toulouse because the breakfast menu looked very nice (about 10 different breakfast options for selection) and it was one of the few places on the square to open at 8:30. the breakfast and coffee very delicious.
