Bidra med feedbackI 've avoided Robertito 's for a few years now, because they honestly are not good. I decided to try them again today just in case. They are still not good. My asada burrito was cold because they threw cold pico de gallo in there. Just not a good place to eat Mexican food. The only reason why I gave this place a 2 star is because their cashier lady was actually nice and had good customer service.
Overpriced and person in drive thru was rude. I had asked for salsa and she said she already put some in the bag. Please explain how 2 salsa is going to be split between 4 burritos and 2 asada fries. Tried asking for more and she literally ignored me and shut the window.
I was initially hesitant to try this restaurant due to the many negative reviews, but I'm really glad I gave it a shot. I genuinely enjoyed the food! While some items, like the guacamole, lacked flavor, it’s important to know what to order. My personal favorite was the chicken enchiladas, and my mom particularly loved the shredded beef tacos. Plus, the chips on their own are quite tasty as well.
I went through the drive-thru, and I ended up arguing with the lady because she refused to give me a crunchy taco, even though the soft taco I ordered was already made. I've never encountered someone who outright told me I couldn't have what I was asking for. After some back and forth, I ended up paying for the extra taco as well, but it only had a few pieces of chicken in it. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
I'm really frustrated with my recent experience at this restaurant. I ordered asada fries, but when I got home, I realized there was no asada included. I called back to request a remake, offering to return the fries, but they only offered me a cup of asada instead. The employee, whose name I think is Citaliali, yelled at me, which only added to my disappointment. I spent $14 on what I expected to be a delicious meal, and instead, I ended up with just cheese fries. By the time I could return to the restaurant, the fries would likely be soggy. I feel cheated out of my money, and the staff's rudeness made things even worse. If I could give negative stars for this experience, I would. It's frustrating when food is already expensive, and then people can't take responsibility for their mistakes.
