Robertito's Taco Shop - Clovis

I was honestly skeptical about trying them because of all the poor reviews, but I'm glad I tried it for myself. I really enjoyed the food! Some things could use improvement like the guacamole having no flavor, but you just have to know what to order. My favorite is the chicken enchiladas and my mom's favorite is the shredded beef tacos. The chips by themselves are pretty great too.

Went through drive thru lady had me arguing with her because she wouldn't give me a crunchy taco. Since the soft taco was made. Never had someone say I can't get what I'm asking for. I paid for the extra taco TOO after arguing with her, it had only a few pieces of chicken. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I 've avoided Robertito 's for a few years now, because they honestly are not good. I decided to try them again today just in case. They are still not good. My asada burrito was cold because they threw cold pico de gallo in there. Just not a good place to eat Mexican food. The only reason why I gave this place a 2 star is because their cashier lady was actually nice and had good customer service.

Overpriced and person in drive thru was rude. I had asked for salsa and she said she already put some in the bag. Please explain how 2 salsa is going to be split between 4 burritos and 2 asada fries. Tried asking for more and she literally ignored me and shut the window.

I?m so annoyed I ordered asada fries and when I get home I notice that I get no Asada and when I call back to ask to get a remake and that I would bring back the fries they said no that they would only give me a cup of asada. The girl citaliali or whatever her name is yelled at me. I?m so upset I spent $14 on the asada fries and I only got cheese fries and I got yelled at how hard is it to just remake the fries by the time I get there my fries would be soggy. I feelcheated out of my money and that girl was so rude. If I could I?d put negative stars with how bad my experience was. Food is expensive as it is and it?s so annoying when people don?t own up to there mistakes
